Analyn Cundangan is a 25 year-old entrepreneur and pastry chef residing in the Philippines.
She studied at Treston International College and Academy of Pastry and Art in the Philippines, in 2021 she founded Cafe Beam and Seven Gelato and Cocktails. She found her passion for gelato and pastries by dint of exploring and trying different food and pastries around the world. She started learning pastry by herself at home and eventually went to a pastry school to deepen her knowledge and skills. Through her passion, she pushed herself to create exciting flavors that bring smiles to the customers.
