After working for several years as a cook, Camila Fiol began her sweet career at Boragó restaurant in Santiago, where she realized that desserts were her thing, so she started the Fiol Dulcería project.
She started by studying at the Master in Restaurant Pastry and Sweet Cuisine at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián (Spain) and later she began working there, where she stayed for more th an three years.
Today she’s focused on her project Fiol Dulcería where she develops confectionery and gelatos, she’s also very focused on her teaching career, working at at Cordon Bleu and abroad.
In 2022 she appeared on the 50 Next list: the 50 people under 35 who are the future of world gastronomy; she’s also on Chile’s list of 100 young leaders 2022 under 35.
