Seeking to deepen expertise, Chii Yong volunteered at Van Diemens Land Creamery, delving into the commercial-scale production of gelato. The transition from a fish farmer to a gelato chef marked a significant shift in his career trajectory.Upon returning to his hometown, Chii Yong embraced this newfound passion and expertise to establish MR AISU, the first gelato cafe in Cameron Highlands.
