The passion of Master Gelato Maker Fabio Bracciotti was born by chance, thanks to a book by Luca Caviezel. Through it, he discovered the art of gelato—an art built on study and a deep love for raw ingredients.
He attended numerous training courses across Italy with top-level gelato masters. In 2013, he opened "Sorbetteria Crème Glacée", a true laboratory where gelato embodies ethical craftsmanship, with raw ingredients taking center stage in a delicious story for true connoisseurs.
