NZ Dessert Designers was formed in 2017 and is a pastry consultant team by Nicolas Nikolakopoulos and Zissis Goudas.
They specialize in gelato, pastry, chocolate, and the R&D of products for special diets. They have worked in pastry shops and restaurants and are experienced in industrial-scale production.
Nicolas and Zissis have their own lab where they develop products and organize seminars and trainings.
Nicolas Nikolakopoulos has a degree in chemistry and he has been teaching pastry at Le Mond Institute of Hotel and Tourism Studies for 11 years. In 2022 he was in the top 3 of the World Chocolate Masters.
Zissis Goudas started his career in 2014. He has worked in restaurants as an executive pastry chef in corporations, as well as a collaborating partner at InterION.
