We love ice cream
At Gelateria Eiswerkstatt, gelato is produced using traditional Italian methods. Every single gelato is made according to a sophisticated recipe and from 100% natural ingredients. We only use organic milk and organic cream from cows in the Emmental. Where possible and sensible, we use other organic ingredients.
The intense taste is the result of processing first-class raw materials. The 22 flavors leave nothing to be desired. From traditional flavors to fruity, vegan and lactose-free sorbettos to changing, extravagant variations.
We use a spatula to flatten our ice cream before it goes into the cup or cornet. This makes the taste more bite-sized and a little warmer.
To ensure that no unwanted foreign substances get into our ingredients, we fill our ice cream into stainless steel pots with matching lids, just like in Italy.
