Elizalde, 27 years old Chilean pastry chef, has been in the industry for the past 9 years. She is the founder and the owner of StudioPas Academy, a high-end specialised school of pastry with more than 25.000 students. She is also the President of the national team of pastry “La Roja Dulce”.
Camila started with a pastry and customised pastry business and later she started studying gastronomic administration and she got specialised in schools all over the world. 7 years ago, she found her calling to teach and she decided to start a school, today “Studio Pas”. Currently, she keeps on teaching in her school both online and in-presence courses, as well as at an international level. These courses have obtained a great success thanks to her approach to a full education, in which she tries to teach students not only how to process products, but also their gastronomic chemical background. Her pastries stand out for their technique and aesthetic, as well as their balanced flavours and consistencies.
