Carmine Salerno was born and grew up in Paestum. Once he completed his studies, he followed his dreams committing himself to the family gelateria. His passion quickly becomes a job for him, in fact, since 2000 he has been working on gelato production.
His educational background gets richer by attending numerous masters and professional development courses. In 2019 he founded Cremoso. The innovation and the production techniques of his gelato will make him open a new shop in 2021. Even though he fully manages his activities, Carmine is also a consultant for other gelaterie and works together with companies of half-processed ingredients.
