Giuseppe Arena has had the passion for Artisanal Granita since his childhood because it was conveyed by his grandparents and his father.
He opened \"Export\" circa 6 years ago.
His passion towards gelato and granita drives him to attend and follow various courses, also some by Maestro Caviezel on the balance and the knowledge of raw materials.
In 2017 he arrived 3rd at the contest “Nivarata’s Granita of the year”.
