Luca Zanini

The history of Gelateria Gondola starts in Italy, where, as a boy, Luca Zanini dreamt to one day own his gelateria. He grew up and together with him his passion for food and he studied to become a chef at IPSSAR Maffioli (Castelfranco Veneto, Italy).

His qualifications brought him all over the world where he gained experience in some of the best restaurants in the world in Stuttgart (Germany), London (United Kingdom), Tenerife (Canary Island). Luca did a gap year as a Gelato Chef in Germany, where he perfected his abilities and he further developed his dedication to gelato.

Eventually, he moved to Sydney, Australia, where he finally fullfilled his lifelong dream to open a gelateria with the inauguration of Gelateria Gondola at Chatswood. After many awards, Luca is happy to share his childhood dream with the world.
