Manuela Taddeo and Barbara Borghi opened MABANUBY pastry in 2014 in Milano with the aim to fuse together Italian pastry and the artisanal value.
The entire production develops from the quality of the raw materials through a deep knowledge of modern techniques to the final decoration techniques. The final purpose is to create personalised and unique cakes, amaze clients through their eyes first, thanks to its handmade decorations, and through their palate after, making each memory unforgettable.
Barbara Borghi, got the diploma as a Tourism Expert and attended many professional courses on cake decoration, chocolate production, leavened products, classic and modern pastry until she graduated from Capac (Milano). Since 2014 she has been the co-owner together with Manuela Taddeo of Mabanuby Pastry in Milano. There she prepares and decorate personalised cakes. In 2018 she became the Italian Champion of Pastry and in 2019 she got the bronze medal at the Pastry World Championship, after this she started teaching both cake design and pastry.
