Peppe Leotta was born in 1973 in Arcireale. After a long experience as a pastry chef, he recently decided to put at the disposal of his colleagues, especially the young ones, the entirety of his knowledge without giving up his continuous professional development. He is the manager of the pastry school Conpait in Sicily and he is a focal point for the community and the aspiring chefs. His thought is that those who have experience have to pass on the importance of the history of pastry, and the traditions picked up from the experience that otherwise it could be forgotten.
In 2015 Peppe Leotta became the Conpait delegate for Sicily. He is cheerful, always ready to deepen his knowledge and open to discussion, as a student then and as a teacher now. Highly professional, he is a pastry chef who loves to remember the past, live in the present and look at the future.
In the last few years he worked to create a close group of colleagues who continue to keep updated with the ongoing trends. Currently he is the administrator of the national Con.Pa.It. Peppe Leotta is an inclusive professional and he tries to share his experiences especially with the young ones.
